การ์เมนต์ไทยยันไม่กระเทือน อียูสั่งปลดล็อกเซฟการ์ดสิ่งทอจีน ระบุทุกประเทศกระจายความเสี่ยงหันพึ่งแหล่งผลิตอื่นมากขึ้น ขณะที่ผู้นำเข้าเชื่อมั่นคุณภาพสินค้าไทยเหนือสินค้าแดนมังกร ชี้กว่า 80% ของโรงงานและสินค้าที่ส่งออกผ่านเกณฑ์สารปนเปื้อน ปี 51 คาดส่งออกไปอียูขยายตัวสูง เหตุค่าเงินยูโรมีเสถียรภาพขายได้กำไรงาม

นายสุกิจ คงปิยาจารย์ อุปนายกสมาคมอุตสาหกรรมเครื่องนุ่งห่มไทย เปิดเผยกับ ฐานเศรษฐกิจ" ถึงกรณีที่สหภาพยุโรป(อียู)ได้ยกเลิกข้อตกลงการจำกัดการนำเข้าสิ่งทอ(เซฟการ์ด) จากประเทศจีนตั้งแต่วันที่ 1 มกราคม 2551 ซึ่งผู้เชี่ยวชาญยุโรปชี้ว่า ผู้ที่จะได้รับผลกระทบมากที่สุดคือ ประเทศส่งออกสิ่งทอประเทศอื่นๆ ในเอเชียที่เป็นคู่แข่งกับจีน ต่อกรณีดังกล่าวในมุมมองส่วนตัวคิดว่าไม่น่ามีผลกระทบต่อการส่งออกเครื่องนุ่งห่ม(การ์เมนต์) ซึ่งเป็นอุตสาหกรรมปลายน้ำสิ่งทอของไทยไปอียูมากนัก

เหตุผลคือ ปัจจุบันประเทศต่างๆ ได้ลดการพึ่งพาการนำเข้าสิ่งทอจากจีนลง และได้กระจายคำสั่งซื้อไปยังประเทศผู้ผลิตต่างๆ มากขึ้นเพื่อกระจายความเสี่ยงหากมีปัญหาต่างๆ เกิดขึ้น ดังตัวอย่างประเทศญี่ปุ่นซึ่งก่อนหน้านี้ได้พึ่งพาการนำเข้าสิ่งทอจากจีนในสัดส่วนกว่า 80% ของการนำเข้าในภาพรวม ภายหลังทั้งสองประเทศมีปัญหาทางการเมืองระหว่างกัน ทำให้ญี่ปุ่นได้หันไปสั่งซื้อสินค้าจากประเทศอื่นๆ ซึ่งรวมทั้งไทยมากขึ้น

"ทุกประเทศที่เคยพึ่งพาการนำเข้าสินค้าสิ่งทอจากจีน หากเป็นไปได้จะไม่นำเข้าสินค้าจากจีนเพิ่มในเปอร์เซ็นที่สูงมาก เพราะที่ผ่านมาสินค้าจีนก็ไหลทะลักเข้าไปมากแล้วทั่วโลก หากนำเข้าเพิ่มอีกก็จะมีความเสี่ยงสูงหากเกิดปัญหาที่ส่งผลกระทบต่อการค้าระหว่างกัน ดังนั้นแต่ละประเทศจึงปรับเปลี่ยนกลยุทธ์ในการสั่งซื้อสินค้า เช่นเคยซื้อ 80% จากจีนประเทศเดียว ก็จะกระจายซื้อ 4-5 ประเทศสัดส่วนประเทศละ 20% แทน เป็นต้น"
